Select material, size, orientation, mat color, and optional short engraving. Upload now or request a secure upload link.

We prepare your proof
Within 1–2 business days, we check image quality and send the proposed crop, mat opening, and engraving layout.
- 03
You approve; we make
Your approval locks the design. Production normally takes 6–10 business days, depending on frame and size.

Receive and pay
Inspect the outer package at delivery, then pay the courier using the locally supported cash-on-delivery method.
Payment safety: myfavoritegift never asks for an online deposit, prepaid voucher, card PIN, bank password, or one-time verification code.

Each component is selected for a specific job: a stable frame, an archival border, a clear viewing surface, and hardware suited to the stated display method.
Archival mat board
Buffered, acid-free mat board keeps the image away from the glazing and creates a calm visual border.
Low-glare glazing
Clear protective glazing with reduced reflection. It is not fully reflection-free and should be kept away from direct sunlight.
Secure display hardware
Tabletop backs or wall fittings are supplied as listed. Wall substrate and installation remain the customer’s responsibility.

What can we frame?
Your own photographs, original artwork, and material you are legally authorized to use. We may request proof of permission before preparing a design.
- Personal and family photographs shared with consent
- Original artwork or licensed artwork you may reproduce
- Names, dates, and short personal messages within the listed limit
We will not produce
- Copied brands: third-party logos, trade dress, branded patterns, packaging, or designs likely to imply an affiliation.
- Unlicensed creative work: protected characters, artwork, professional photographs, or celebrity images without permission.
- Harmful or unlawful material: hateful, exploitative, fraudulent, explicit, threatening, or privacy-invasive content.
- Unexpected sensitive data: identity documents, financial credentials, private records, or contact details not required for the order.
A rejected request is not produced and creates no payment obligation.

Yes. Every order includes a digital proof showing the proposed crop, orientation, mat opening, and engraving. One reasonable text or crop revision is included before production.
Use the original full-resolution image where possible. Screenshots and heavily compressed images may print poorly. We review resolution before production and will contact you if the file is unsuitable.
Personalized goods are generally not returnable for a change of mind after proof approval. Damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect production, and items that materially differ from the approved proof remain covered. See the standalone Returns Policy.
No. myfavoritegift accepts orders only for eligible delivery addresses in the United States. A ZIP code and street-address review is completed before we prepare the proof or begin production.
