THE ORDER JOURNEY

Six stages, with your approval in the middle.

Typical timing begins only after we have a suitable image and complete order information.

    Choose and customize

    Select a frame, finished size, orientation, mat or backing color, quantity, and optional engraving. Upload a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image up to 8 MB, or ask for a secure upload request after order review.

    No online charge is created.
  2. 02

    US address and content review

    We check the street address, ZIP code, domestic carrier COD coverage, product availability, image resolution, and your right to reproduce the submitted photograph or artwork.

    Normally within 1 business day.
  3. 03

    Digital proof

    We prepare the proposed crop, orientation, mat opening, backing, and engraving placement. One reasonable crop or text revision is included.

    Normally within 1–2 business days after receiving a suitable image.
  4. 04

    Your approval

    Check every name, date, crop, orientation, size, mat color, delivery detail, and confirmed amount. Production waits until you approve the proof.

    Approval locks the personalized design.
  5. 05

    Frame production

    Materials are cut for the approved order, the print and mat are fitted, glazing and backing are installed, and the finished frame is inspected and packed.

    Normally 6–10 business days, depending on the design and size.
  6. 06

    Domestic delivery and payment

    We send available tracking details. An adult recipient accepts the parcel and pays the confirmed cash-on-delivery amount using the form supported by the carrier.

    Standard US delivery commonly takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
